BUG: RC-3 some maps not showing

I'm at RC-3 build and there is a repeatable bug when using a PG/biblical places.

A good portion of the maps show the following instead of rendering correctly in the floating window. there's a big blank white area where the map should be and then this little orange rectangle instead of a map in the corner.

I guess I actually HAVE RC5...sorry.

 

That's how they look in RC5.

 

When I "dock the window" they will appear but while they are floating...that's what they look like.
