I purchased Systematic Theology (3 Vol.) by Charles Hodge and it loaded it onto my system but will not unlock it. Before that purchase I purchased several other titles which loaded AND unlocked with no problems whatsoever. I forgot to put Hodge's work on the list so I purchased it later.

I've tried again to unlock it through my existing purchase but it will not do so. Any suggestions? I have email Logos.

I am using Libronix Digital Library System 3.0g

If you go to the Logos website and your Account page (you have to be logged in to get to it but you probably still are if you recently made a purchase), click on the Orders tab, find the purchase record for Hodge under "Order History." Click on the order number link to get to the full description of that order. Click to expand the section of the order titled "Download Instructions for Previous Versions." You will see a Confirmation Code with an Unlock button next to it. Click it. That will offer to save a file called update.lbxupd. Save it to your hard disk and then double click on it. That should bring up Libronix Update. Confirm that all the checkboxes are checked and then click Update. That should both unlock the resource for you and download the resource file. All three volumes are contained in one resource file for this.

Did all that and it still did not unlock.

UPDATE: For whatever it is worth, it has now mysteriously unlocked which leads me to believe that for some unknown reason this publication and this one only (out of the several I purchased and installed yesterday) needed a computer reboot since that's the only thing extra that has been done since I left my original post.

    Weird.

Reminds me of the old saying, "To err is human...to really foul things up requires a computer."

Sometimes it's a timing thing. Just waiting works. It might have only been coincidence that rebooting your computer happened during the waiting time.

Seems to me that especially with Windows 7, there are quite a few things the computer stops doing properly while it is waiting to restart after automatically updating itself (Microsoft updates).  Sometimes it tells you it needs to be restarted, sometimes not....
