Books not showing up

Alright, I know that there must be an easy answer to this question, but I am having trouble.  There are quite a few books that based on logos 'these books work on an ipod" list I should have.  However, I can't seem to get access to a lot of them. I've got the scholar's somethingorother deal on my computer with a bunch of other books I have bought, but only have about 60-70 books on the ipod right now.  I've checked to make sure that I am signed in, but can't seem to get a lot of the books that others mention being able to access through the ipod.  The biggest problem that I am having is that I can't seem to pull up a hebrew text on my ipod at all.  Searching through other's posts, it looks like right now Logos might only have the rights to put up the lexham interlinear?  I have the lexham english bible on my ipod, but can't find the hebrew one anywhere.  I have the hebrew one on my library here on my mac, but don't know how to get it on the ipod.  Anybody know what I might be doing wrong?

If you've only got 60-70 books, the most likely explanations are:

    1. you're logged into your Logos iPod App using different username and password to your desktop app. Sign out and in again if you suspect this is the case.
    2. You've got no internet connection on your iPod, and you've only downloaded 60-70 books. Connect to WiFi and try again in this case.

As far as Hebrew Bibles goes, AFAT and BHS/WIVU is available on the iPod, but the other BHS's aren't. The Lexham Interlinear is also available, as you point out.

Jeff, you need to have a Logos 4 upgrade or crossgrade to access your Logos library on your iPod.

so when i paid the extra $65 or whatever it was to move from PC to Mac, and got logos 4, that didn't include the upgrade to actual Logos 4?

Logos has upgrade page => http://www.logos.com/upgrade (base packages already licensed not upgradable)

Observation: several years ago, Logos charged for Mac software - initial Libronix version - now free => http://www.logos.com/product/4504/logos-bible-software-for-mac-122

Currently, Logos charges for resources (library licensed to an individual) - usable on many platforms.  Logos 4 engine is free on all platforms (needs appropriate resources for various features).

so after a little more searching, you're right the whole 'not upgraded to logos 4 even though i have logos 4' ended up being the problem. not so sure about have to pay to upgrade to the mac, and then having to pay to upgrade to logos 4 within such a short time span, but oh well.

Suggest contacting Logos => http://www.logos.com/about/contact to discuss short time span.

Yes it did - or at least that's what it sounds like. If you did this since November 2009, and paid $69.95, then it's the minimal crossgrade that you've already bought. Again, it's important to ensure that all your purchases are for the same email address as the iPod Logos account.

Can you visit www.biblia.com and see how many resources you have available there?
