changing link set through com

I am writing a script and would like to automate changing link sets in the script using the COM API but can't figure out how to do it. So far I have been able to change layouts and navigate scripture using the COM but can't figure out the link set. I would like to change the link set in the active pane using COM. Can anyone help?
