Logos 4 grabs focus when it is all minimised, when closing another application

When I have L4 with a few windows all minimsed, I find that when I close another application (e.g. Firefox), when there are no more maximised (or normal) windows open, L4 decides to fire up one of its windows (rarely if ever the main window). It's really becoming annoying now, as it happens multiples times a day. I often have L4 minimised, in between study, due to the length of time it takes to open. Outlook, Windows Explorer, and other programs are often minimsed as well, but never respond in the same way.

Is this a known problem? Is there a workaround (apart from shutting down L4 more frequently)?

BTW, I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 now, if that is relevant.

Edit: It just brought up the main window when I closed Firefox after cubmitting this post, so it does not discriminate which L4 window is maximised.

Also, the mouse sometimes loses focus while over a pane when using L4 normally, and I cannot scroll up/down with the mouse wheel. I have to grab the scroll bar and move it and then I can use the mouse wheel again. Is this related?

Is this a known problem?

It's known to me. I have noticed this as well. Annoying but not a killer. Just wonder why it happens.

Yeah, there are a few things that just aren't terribly important, but just annoying. Some have been mentioned on the forums already.

BTW, on a different note, in the end I purchased the journals collections up to vol 13 a few weeks ago now. But apart from a few test searches, I haven't got to do some real work on them yet. But I found it great to be able to search for words in the titles to narrow down the search range from the whole text. Searching online, or in a local theological library for the most recent journals (less than a year old, and a few that aren't in the collection) isn't too much work, once the bulk of them is accessible. I'm looking forward to completing some research using them.
