OT: MLJ Interview

For anyone who has been blessed by (or is curious about) the ministry of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones the following was received today from the MLJ Trust ... I thought you might enjoy it ...

"Today, March 1st, marks the 30th anniversary of Dr. Lloyd-Jones being released from his long battle with cancer and going on to rest in Heaven. ...



For many years his family have had three television recordings from the period immediately after his retirement from Westminster chapel in 1968. Two were one-on-one interviews, and one a documentary he hosted on the life and ministry of George Whitefield. For copyright reasons we have never been granted permission to show these programs to others, but for the 30th anniverary the television company kindly gave us permission to use an extract from one of the programs for a period of one month, and so the UK Martyn Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust has produced an 11 minute video which includes a large portion of one of the interviews, and is now available on YouTube at the following link:

... we thought that there might be some brothers and sisters who might be interested in seeing part of the only extant video conversation that is left, particularly as we only have use of it for a short amount of time."

 

 

Instead of Artificial Intelligence, I prefer to continue to rely on Divine Intelligence instructing my Natural Dullness (Ps 32:8, John 16:13a)

    What a gift he was/is!

    Thanks for the information- its a great video. It was through the forums some time ago that I first heard of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones and I am very grateful. He is significant voice for our times.
