Logos 4.2a (v4.21.5.0550) - Indexing?

I've just upgraded to the new release and am now wondering whether it is normal behaviour for Logos to build an overall new index along with it?

Thanks, Jonathan! I was a bit worried there might be something wrong with my installation ...

Just to clarify, it is required when you update from 4.2 to 4.2a because of changes to the Index and it was stated in the Release Notice from Melissa.

Release notes are always available at http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Release_Notes.
Melissa usually also posts to the relevant forums to let us know that an update is available (as she did yesterday), often with a link to the release notes.
There is also now an option to have notification of updates (and a link to the release notes) on the home page.
