Help! 4.2a does not installed properly

My Logos4 automatically downloads the new 4.2a update.
When it was downloading, I closed my L4 and opened it again.
The update applied and the installation started.
However, I have got this message:
Error writing to file:
C:\Users\Gerry\AppData\Local\Logos4\System\es\Libronix.DigitalLibrary.Documents.resources.dll.
Verify that you have access to that directory.
I pressed the "Retry" button but it just pop-up again and again, forced me to press "Cancel"
What should I do to solve this problem? I am using Windows version, my PC using Win7, AMD quad core CPU and 4G ram.

Make certain that Logos is closed (also any MS Office apps). Try running the installer from here:
http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exeIf that doesn't work, re-run the installer as an administrator (right click on it and there should be an option in the menu).

Thank you so much!
I have to re-run the installer as an administrator to complete the process.

I'm glad it worked for you. For some reason your file permissions aren't normal regarding Logos, I don't know why but just keep in mind that if future updates don't work download the Logos installer and run it as an administrator; it's a hassle but it should work.

The error suggests that "Run as Admin" was used to install L4, thereby setting higher permissions than a standard user for some files.
