My log is full of lines like these:

Looks like someone's forgotten to upload the necessary file to the server.
Are you missing the book cover for "1 Kings: The Wisdom and the Folly"? I just opened it on my system and it's there. Perhaps try restarting Logos 4 to see if the metadata will be updated.
No, it is there. It just tries unsuccessfully to update it every six hours.
