I have forgotten how to revert from beta to regular update channel. Anyone want to take a big swing at a slow one in the strike zone?

If you're running a non-beta currently, type set update channel to default in the command bar.

In command box type: "Set Update Channel to Default"
If any others are reading this, please note that Logos advises AGAINST setting update channel to stable. They have solid reasons for this! *smile*
