Runtime Error problem installing Logos 4.2a

When I tried to install Logos 4.2a I got the following Runtime Error message: "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contct the application's support team for more information." I now get this message every time I try to run Logos. I attach the only log file created today; the others were created several days ago (before I installed the update).3581.Logos4IndexerCrash.txt

This error occurred in the past where it was determined that another application was blocking access to the registry. You could temporarily disable your security suite or give it permission for logos4 programs to make changes eg logos4setup.exe, logos4indexer.exe.

Johan, In case it's not clear, once you've done what Dave has suggested, you'll need to reinstall Logos4 (or at least repair the installation). You won't be able to run Logos successfully until you've installed it successfully.
