I recently saw a link on the Logos site about these Christian Counseling DVDs. - www.counselingDVDs.com - Has anyone watched them? I would like to start a video library for our church and this seems like a good place to start.
Hey Russ, that is not a Logos product and Logos has asked us not to use the forums to promote or discuss products from other companies.

I'm not sure where you saw the link, but I don't think it was on Logos' site.
You're welcome to stay and enjoy the conversations about Logos software.
The link was in a forum post where someone was suggesting that some of those products get added to Logos - [Hi Russ - there are 'rules' but they get enforced lightly, haphazardly and, mostly, with love towards posters]
Thanks for the follow up
I would recommned this set...
Hi Russ,
Here is a counseling resource that I think is very good:
Hope for the Heart Biblical Counseling Library (100 vols.)
AND
I have been pleased with Jay Adams' books but you can only get them in this Logos collection:
Biblical Counseling Collection (30 vols.)
I have heard of some of the other authors but I can't comment on all of them. I favor "Biblical counseling" over "Christian counseling." There are some good resources already available in Logos. and I always welcome more.
There is also Gary Collins' book "Christian Counseling: A Comprehensive Guide" that is available through Logos. This was one of my textbooks in my undergrad counseling classes. I've never linked a book to the Logos website, therefore there is no hyperlink, but I do have this in my Logos library.

Should be good - he was my Pastoral Counseling prof in seminary. Still, even after getting a MSE in Community Counseling, respect what I learned.

Thanks Matthew...one of these days I will learn how to do that...when I have more time, that is.
I've never linked a book to the Logos website,
Here is how:
To unlink you click the icon to the right of the link button (looks like a broken chain link)
To insert a picture use the icon to the right of the unlink button (looks like a paperclip to me)
Just remember, We DON"T link to outside websites that compete for our piggy bank. Logos has dibs on mine. [:)]
