Which verse is cited most in my library?

Is there way to find out which verse in a given book of the bible is cited most frequently in my library?

I don't know how functional such a search would be for serious bible study, but I keep wondering if that might make for an interesting way to highlight specific verses for study that seem to be key ones for one reason or another.

There's no tool that you could pose this specific question. If you have a theory about what would be an oft-quoted verse you can specifically search for it with this syntax <John 3:16> and you could find how many times it is found in your library. You can use the syntax for whole books too <John>. However, such a search on your entire library would 1) take very long 2) might crash the program from running out of memory.

This is an interesting question. Bob Pritchett started a thread a couple of months ago on the kinds of things we'd like to search for that Logos cannot currently execute. He was thinking of all the different databases Logos has and how they might develop queries to search across databases.

Your question is a little different. If every Logos resource were indexed by included scripture references (which they are not), it would be a relatively simple thing to extract and compile that data. The data is in the resources, tagged as Bible references, but not in the indexes, so as Kevin said, a tough thing to extract by searching.
