Opening Logos

For some reason my program has began asking for a password when I try to open it.  Does anyone know why and how I can stop it?

    Is this Mac or Windows?

    Usually the prompt only comes up if either (a) you're offline, or (b) you're holding the CTRL key whilst loading.

    If neither these are true, can you turn on logging permanently, Load Logos, Close Logos, then upload the logs (see 'how to ask for help' below, for further instructions).

    This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!
