I purchased Sermon File Addin for Logos 3 and really miss surching my old lessons when I'm working on a new one. Can I download it to Logos 4?

There's no Sermon File Addin for Logos 4 yet. The one you've purchased only works with Logos 3. According to the missing features website, an equivalent for Logos 4 will be available somewhere in this year's second quarter.
In addition to what Theolobias states, you can bring your already compiled sermons from L3 to L4.
In L4, use the scan command in the command box to locate and bring in the compiled sermon file.
By default the sermon file for L3 is in my documents/Libronix Resources/
so you should be able to use the scan command thus: scan <path to sermon file>

I loved it with Libronix; it will be worth the wait for Logos4.
