Cannot launch Logos4

When I try to launch Logos4, I receive the following message:
When I follow the link and start the setup file, I receive a message that tells me that "logos Bible Software 4 is up-to-date". I have installed the latest version, and the program worked yesterday. Can someone help me what to do? I cannot enter the program.

Could you turn on permanent logging, try loading Logos again, then upload all your Log files (see How to ask for help, below).

I don't know what is happening now. After turning on permanent logging, I succeded to launch Logos4. Closed the program and tried again: did not work. Tried once again: worked...

I once received this error message when I decided to have some fun and play with Logos' registry settings. What I changed was the version number listed in the registry and when they didn't match the number in the program. The error in your first log seems to indicate this is happening but I don't know why it would be intermittent
Open regedit
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Logos4\Users\<random>\Verson (the random string is unique to your installation)
The Assembly Version key should say 4.21.5.0905 and the Display Version should say 4.2a SR-2 if not backup your registry and try changing those keys to that value.
Then search for all the Logos4 folders in your registry and see if there are any other Assembly Version keys (I found one more in my registry)
If this doesn't work the next step would be a call to tech support which would probably result in an uninstall/reinstall. Be sure to check out the Quick Method to save on downloading and indexing.

I have now done what you said. The registry settings are correct.
But now Logos4 launch correct every time. I can't explain it, but as long as it works, it is ok for me. The only thing i have done is to delete a shortcut icon that I have used to launch the program. Maybe that shortcut icon made the problems:) If the problem reoccurs I will contact tech support.
