Why doesn't my logos automatically update SR-1 and 2 (set to beta channel)

I have noticed that several service releases have come out since 4.2a RC-1, but my logos software doesn't update - even when I type "update now" in the command line. I am on the beta update channel and automatically received 4.2a RC-1 (4.21.5.0585); shouldn't I also be able to receive the service updates?

Logos usually doesn't put the service updates on the beta channel. That's because (a) they're not betas, and (b) most of the time the service releases are released AFTER a beta cycle has started, and therefore aren't appropriate to beta users. Nevertheless, it's frustrating.

You'll therefore have to switch to the default channel, or download the update manually from www.logos.com/logos4mac

If you are a Beta Addict, you will need to switch the update channel back to Beta after the download.
