Have you taken part in March Madness in the past?
This will be my first one... Thanks Logos! [Y]
May Duke win in the realm of Basketball, and may we all win in the realm of Logos!
Yelp, I've participated in the past and looking forward to doing so again in the present. Thanks Logos for helping me be proficient in Biblical Geek.
I'm hoping for Geisler's Systematic Theology. I've been waiting a long time for that one to go on sale.
I have never participated, because I started using Logos in June 2010 with version 4. Hopefully, most people here would vote for OT resources (hint, hint [;)]), and if the resource(s) and prices are right, I may participate. It's just too close to Tax time for me. [:'(]
Think there's any chance of Zondervan stuff making the cut? Or is Logos prohibited from doing such deals?
Looking for the NIDOTTE and Illustrated Bible Background Commentary on the OT.
Yes. I picked up the Works of Francis Schaeffer for 75% off. I was very happy that resource won the championship that year. I had previously purchased the title many years ago and misplaced the disc before I registered it. It was nice to add it to my library for a huge savings without having to find the first disc.
btw: I still have not found that first CD. [O]
Now, if only we can have these:
Hope for the Heart Biblical Counseling Library (100 vols.)
Roy Gingrich’s Commentaries in Outline Form (100 vols.)
please?? [&]

Last year the winner was Marshall's Commentary on the Pastorals in the ICC series. Quite a deal. Maybe something tasty like that will find its way into the brackets. Maybe the ICC on Romans by Cranfield? An ICC two-peat???
Unfortunately, anything I wanted on the list I already owned. That's why I don't get too excited about these sales. Perhaps this year will be better.
Perhaps this year will be better.
A Hittite lexicon??
Perhaps this year will be better. A Hittite lexicon??
The Chicago Assyrian Dictionary (CAD) is a possibility. I already have that, but it's on PDFs. A sign list would also be good -- Borger or Labat.

I don't know what I was thinking. You wrote "Hittite" and I was thinking "Akkadian." I have less interest in Hittite than Akkadian since that is Indo-European as opposed to Semitic like Akkadian.

You are a tough customer, George. Just submit your want list and we'll see what we can do.
This will be my first round, since I started my Logos journey with v.4. Had I known this was coming, I might have saved some of my money instead of upgrading from Leaders to Scholar's edition. But, I'm also happy with my upgrade.
Things I'd be very interested in, though, would be:
**update**
I thought I'd just go ahead and post my running Logos "wish-list" that I have saved on a post-it note on my computer

I want what I want, and I want it last month. What's so tough about that ? [6]

Perhaps, that is punishment for the anti-Duke post you made earlier.

An Akkadian grammar such as
http://www.amazon.com/Grammar-Akkadian-Huehnergard-Harvard-Semitic/dp/1575069229/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1299889639&sr=1-1
or

Of course, for our Germanophiles, the last is auf Deutsch. It's the one I used.
Anybody
But
Duke
I would prefer Indiana, Purdue or some Big Ten team.
Just sold my paper copy of GAG, but kept Huehnergard and the key.
There was a hint on the forums a few years ago that GAG was coming to Logos, from one of the developers.
KU Jayhawks!
Selection Sunday is out.
I think the favorite to win will be Waltke's Hebrew grammar.

Here Comes Logos March Madness!
Does that mean that we play a lot of John Phillip Sousa ? [6] [8][8][8]
There are 68 teams in the 2011 bracket. Are you going to keep up with the NCAA's move to add more teams?
