Error message: Logos has to close when changing window in reading plan

Hi!  This is my 1st post...  I'm using McCheyne's reading plan which takes me in 4 Scripture passages every day.  Lately, I've come across an intermittent problem.  As I click to read the next passage, I get an error message telling me that Logos4 has encountered an error and needs to close.  Windows tries to look for a solution on the internet but obviously doesn't find one.

Can anyone help?  (The problem happens on and off but it happened 4 or 5 times tonight...)

Sylvio, welcome to the forums!

Since this is an intermittent problem what you need to do is surf over the the wiki and follow the instructions to enable permanent logging. Then go along your normal way until Logos crashes from this problem. Don't bother letting Windows look for a solution. Finally, before you re-launch Logos, upload the logs to this thread or start a new thread with the word crash in the title.
