Fresh Install of Logos-Can't Login

Hi all,
I just reinstalled Snow Leopard. I downloaded Logos 4 and dragged it to my applications folder. When I go to login to my account so I can download all of my resources, the sign in button is greyed out.
I rebooted the computer, repaired disk permission, and also trashed the Logos application using AppCleaner. Tried redownloading Logos, but it didn't make any difference.
I can call support tomorrow, but just thought I would see if you guys any ideas.

P.S. I'm using an iMac (iMac 7,1) running 10.6.6 with all updates installed and 4 GB of Ram

Just wanted to post an update. I created a new admin account and still could not sign in to Logos to initiate the download.
I also have a Macbook that I don't use as much that was running Logos 4.0b SR-4 (4.10.4.9457). I copied the Logos application from my laptop to my iMac and I can now sign in.
Maybe there's a problem with the newer installer.
