Last Monday I called sales and asked for a specific couple of books. I was treated without respect and the my sales person acted as though I was troubling him by simply asking for him to sale me a book that I had found and wanted. I was naturally upset and told him never mind, I decided that if I am going to be treated this way I can find other places to spend my money.
Rather than come on the forums and complain I sent an email to Customer service directly letting them know of my experience. Logos always says that if you can't give them excelent raitings and reviews then let them know what they can do to fix it. I was simply looking for an apology which I think I deserved. I have not heard back from then nearly a week later.
Anyway I was wondering if this is new trend at Logos or if this is a one time bad experience on my part. I have been disappointed in what they were able to do or not do before but I have never been treated without respect. Any way some good has come of it, I have a lot easier time saying no to buying books lately. Thanks.
