Inconsistent scrolling in Notes

In Notes in 

Logos 4 Mac, rel. 4.21.5.0906 on MacBook Pro and noticed a curious behavior. Cursoring via up and down with arrow keys in works fine, and scrolling with Trackpad works fine, but using scrollbar on right result in overlay of text as per below.

    Welcome to the L4 Mac forum. I have reported this bug a couple of times previously. I was going to post a link here, but I cannot find the thread, Notes have been seriously deficient in L4 Mac for a long time, and no progress has be visible. There have been reports that the Dev Team is working on notes, but no one has seen any evidence that anything has been done.

    Hopefully, we will see some progress in the next beta cycle which should begin soon.

    Thanks Jack - I did a quick search ahead of time also and couldn't find a thread either.
