I think Logos should get the library built up on the topic of baptism.
There are a couple of good ones already (What about Baptism? and Believer's Baptism), but the following books would cover the discussion for the last century (from a Covenantal viewpoint - Lutherans, RCs, and Dispensationlists would have to make their own lists):
Paedo:
Murray, John - Christian Baptism (P&R Publishing)
Jeremias, Joachim - Infant Baptism in the First Four Centuries (Wipf & Stock)
Strawbridge, Gregg - The Case for Covenantal Infant Baptism (P&R Publishing)
Marcel, Pierre - The Biblical Doctrine of Infant Baptism (James Clarke Lutterworth)
Booth, Robert - Children of the Promise (P&R Publishing)
Baptist:
Jewett, Paul - Infant Baptism and The Covenant of Grace (Eerdmans)
Beasley-Murray, George - Baptism in the New Testament (Wipf & Stock)
Malone, Fred - The Baptism of Disciples Alone (Founders Press)
