Visual filter on a font type

Is there a way to create a visual filter that highlights all bold text in a resource?

For example, I'm working with The Four-Fold Gospel, which has all the Bible text in bold, and then parenthetical commentary in regular font. I would like the ability to quickly read just the Bible text, but I don't know how to highlight just the bold words. I'd certainly prefer not to do it manually!!

A visual filter like that is set up like a search.  When you do a basic search, you search for a word, since you want all the words in bold then you have to do a wildcard search.  That consists of a    *          For example if a large text search picked up the bold text it still wouldn't be a real practical visual filter because of the time it would take to execute it.  I don't know if it would work though because I haven't tried it.
