Can I install resources for use on Logos 4 from an independent cd-rom?

Hi there,

I've seen some CD resources for mac for a discount price online and was wondering whether I could purchase and install them on my computer for use with logos 4, or can I only buy resources from the logos 4 website?

Buying Logos resources from http://wwww.Logos.com associates resource license(s) with your Logos account.

If buy Libronix CD's elsewhere, recommend reading wiki => Adding new resources to Logos 4

Wiki Logos 4 Mac has Need Logos 4 PC feature ? section (optionally could install Libronix 3.0g in a virtual machine).

I recently purchased a resource from a discount retailer. I just called Customer Service with the serial #. The fellow I spoke with unlocked the resource, and it downloaded within minutes. For me, that was the most simple solution.

Just make sure that they are Libronix/Logos based. "For Mac" could just as well mean that they're for Accordance, or just simple e-books, and those are certainly not going to work in Logos. And before you buy, it might be worth calling or e-mailing Logos to ask if they can give you the same price. Sometimes they can, and then you'd probably get it as a download and save the extra cost for shipping.
