Add approximate symbol in Orders page

I see that you've now added a tilde -- the "approximate" symbol (~) -- before the ship date of pre-pubs, e.g. "Ships ~3/18/2011." This is a good enhancement that should (hopefully) help people not to get upset when things slip a little bit.
However you need to also add it on the Orders page in the user account profile:
