Today's LCV update

Logos, thanks for the update! the LCV is growing into a truly impressive thing. However, as it gets more comprehensive it gets longer this section can get unwieldy it would be helpful to separate the Topics section from the Basic Search on All Text. So this is a resubmission of this request!
