According to the information available on my orders page the Muller Collection is suppose to get shipped today. Does anyone know what is going on with it?
I've been looking and looking and I don't know either... :-( I do see that a price of $129 has been placed on the set.
That means it has shipped (is available for purchase/download immediately) but they haven't finished processing the pre-pub orders for it yet. It was a pretty popular one in Community Pricing as I recall, so it'll probably take them a while to get through them all. I think there is still some manual intervention required on all of those. Expect it to download for you tomorrow morning Bellingham time sometime. If it doesn't, contact Customer Service, and they'll take care of it right away. I'm still waiting too. (I'm getting it for $15. Woohoot!!)

I noticed the same thing Thursday night, watied a little while and then Friday morning got the email with teh download notification. Downloaded and indexed in 5 minutes.
iPad/iPhone version does not appear to be availalbe yet.

Can you try to put together a Collection based on "Start with Resources Matching:" and type in "Müller" (or even Muller) ?
I did not see Volume 4 showing in that listing.

I would suggest tagging the resources with the tag "Muller" and then setting up a collection with the rule "mytag:muller"

Hi Don, yes, I noticed your nuance after I posted, but it was the same in library and collections and whether you type Muller or Müller, it makes no difference. Here is my collection screenshot--am I getting it right on this one? You might try it again (search/create), if you have not.
Thanks to all: whatever it was is now resolved, perhaps an SR-2 mystery that has passed with SR-3 ? May never know.....
