What's up with that? Here's my version:
Mine was going over 100% as well. I did a system reboot and when it came back live it went into the indexing stage.
You need to upgrade to the latest version. They've fixed that bug in 4.2a SR-2. See Bug Fixes under http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4.2a_SR-2
EDIT: I'm not sure why SR-2 didn't get pushed out on the beta channel as well. I just realized I don't have it either. Need to run set update channel to default, click to download available updates, install, run L4, then set update channel to beta again.
I do have the latest 4.2a SR-2 (but not subscribed to beta) but am currently on 17565% of 1.46Gb (and still counting - it's not crashed yet! but the bug doesn't seem to have been fixed in this case) - started downloading yesterday after I clicked to give it permission and been going ever since. No idea what is downloading as I pre-pub just about everything that is availiable.
1. A note for Melissa that the bug doesn't seem to be entirely quoshed and
2. should I just keep it going or stop it etc. Any ideas?
Thanks
James
Try rebooting your computer.
For what its worth mine does not even think it needs to download the George Muller even though it was charged.
Is there some lag time?
I have rebooted, cleared cache, updated to latest version, tried it on Win 7 and Win Vista without any success. IT flat out does not recognize it needs to do a download.

There shouldn't be this much lag time. It downloaded for me this morning. Try restarting Logos one more time. If you still don't see the popup that says you've got new resources to download, try typing "update resources" in the command bar and wait while it checks the servers (you'll see the sync arrows spinning). If that still doesn't work, they might have had a procedural glitch at the Logos end and not actually unlocked the license for you even though they charged you for it. Give Customer Service a call, and they'll take care of it right away.
Also, is there any chance you've changed email addresses since you ordered the Muller collection, and are logged in under a different one now? That could put a monkey wrench into things and would also be something Customer Service would have to straighten out for you.
Hi Rosie, good suggestion on the email but it is the same one and it downloaded the Harvard Classics fine (love them by the way). My "Update Now" says no updates found,
I will give customer service a ring next week.
It still won't download. I will give customer service a call.

It seemed to DL fine on my desktop PC but the laptop it has no idea. Is there a way to clear a partial download queue like we used to do on v3? Or a "refresh resources".
