Hi I have a bootcamp partition with windows 7 installed. I have logos 4 installed on both partitions. Is it possible for them to share the same resources and save space?

I think not - as far as Logos is concerned they are two separate installations.
Technically possible, but not recommended due to consistency issues with Logos indexing database files.
Concur with treating Logos 4 Mac and Logos 4 PC (Bootcamp) as two separate installations.
To save downloading time, after one installation is updated, could use scan command (and restart Logos 4) in other installation to copy newer resource files along with updating index database files. If consistently using scan in one installation, could turn off automatic updates. After scan done copying resources and updating indexes, could use update now command for program updates.
