Logos on iPhone

I'm not able to start the program. I reinstalled it 4 times and the same. I have the last updates of everithing.

It only shows the splash logo and nothing else. I have lots of books already downloaded but I can read non.

    Which device are you running it on, Iphone, Ipad, or Ipod touch? and which generation of device are you running? when you uninstall the program how much time do you wait to restart the process? I have found in the past that if I downloaded a lot of books, uninstall it, and reinstall right away it didn't actually finish removing all the previous resources.
