Does NICOT/NT DVD have a serial number?

For those who received the NICOT/NT via DVD/CD. Did the disk come with a serial number? I am having trouble unlocking and wonder if I should have a serial number. We looked the packaging over and over and there was nothing. Perhaps it doesn't need it. Before trying other things, I want to check my facts. Did your disk come with a serial number?

Mine was sent via e mail and was not included on the CD.

You may need to contact customer service if you did not get one.

I received an email from customer service saying they had neglected to include it.

The email contained an unloc code.

I believe you will need to speak to a CS rep on monday

Yes Rob,

On the back of the sealed jewel case there are two stickers. One is day-glo green and says

" ATTENTION
This Serial Number is Needed for
Installation
Do NOT Discard"

in weird caps, just like that.

Just below it is a white label reading:

SERIAL NUMBER
The New International Commentary on
the Old and New Testament
????-????-????-????
Go to www.Logos.com/serial for step-by-step
instructions on how to enter this code.

You can't miss either of them, unless they are not there. That's gotta hurt on a weelend.[:'(]

It's good to know that others had this issue as well.

We were just looking for the white sticker, but I am pretty sure that we weren't so focused on finding a white sticker that we missed the neon green one. [8-|] I will call CS on Monday.

It's not a problem to need to wait. I actually had the disk a few days ago but was waiting to install it until I could make several updates on my computer all at once. Waiting a little longer won't hurt anything... though it will be nice to have available whenever it is taken care of.

Mine was received with no serial number. When I called CS they said that they we aware that SOME were sent out without serial numbers. They got me up and running.

Mine was sent without a serial number. I received an email saying they had inadvertantly shipped some out without the serial number and the email contained the serial number. You might want to check your junk email filter.

It was from Karla Tanberg and the subject was "New International Commentary (NICOT/NICNT)"
