Help file overlay problem

Hi Melissa

As I was checking one of my previous thoughts about the help file shortcut keys being to close to the actual commands I noticed this happen while the screen is not docked or displayed on ful screen.

Seems it is not refreshing on the screen at smaller sizes.  Works fine when undocked or on larger screen.

While I am at it I noticed also that some text is still sitting close to the commands so that they run together.
