The Logos 4 Cat's Out of the Bag

Perhaps in a way, but Logos has made no secret that a version 4 is coming. You could read this as "It's what the countdown is all about" and add some suspense, or, "when Logos 4 finally does come out..." and just brush it off. Logos put this bit of info on the iPhone app description so maybe they're hoping for some suspense. No one else in the thread seems to be making much of it so far.

So the whole countdown thing.... Is it going to throw everyone a curve and end at "4" to announce the release of Version 4???? Hmmm that would be very good marketing! Makes me wish I kept up a blog...

Check out http://community.logos.com/forums/t/3158.aspx for what looks like a confirmation of your theory. And no, I'm not in the group that has inside info about this.

I do not have a smart phone or anything like that, but I looked a bit at the m.logos.com website and saw some discussion about it on the general forum. As a Logos 4 beta tester, it seemed obvious to me that the iPhone app was based on Logos4 rather than LDLS3. I fact, it seemed unusual that they seemed to be "leaking" so much about the iPhone while keeping Logos4 secret. But then again, other people know much more about marketing than I do.
