Below is an image I captured this morning -- end of line 2. "L" is at end of line 2; "ORD" is at beginning of line 3. I am using 4.3 Beta 1 (4.30.0.0133).
Good find Ken. This is probably a bug with he new justification feature. I suggest changing the title of your thread to include the word BUG at the beginning. This will help Melissa or other Logos folks catch the thread when they review the forums next week.
Able to replicate with my Logos Greek Morphology visual filters turned on (and font adjusted larger by one notch):
Was not able to replicate with visual filter highlighting on and font 100%, but turning off visual filters (with Justify Resource Text = No):

I was able to duplicate this after resizing the resource in two columns in a floating window. I will submit report to development. Thanks.
Update: This is fixed in the recent NLT update (version 2011-05-04T00:31:19Z).
