Automatic updates crash

So far, everytime automatic update tries to install an update to Logos 4 it crashes.  I can then go to http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LDLS4Installer/Logos4Setup.exe and manually install the update, then Logos 4 works ok, but the automatic updates always crashes at the point just after asking if you want to install the update.  In otherwords, when I would try to run Logos 4, the message would popup asking to install new updates.  As soon as I would click ok, I would get the crash error reporting message.  I'm running Logos 4 on WinXP Pro.  This has happen all the way through SR-1.  I'm now running SR-2.

Hi please enable logging by downloading this file: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LDLS4Installer/EnableLogging.js saving it to your desktop and then running it. This will help us determine what's really going on with the download manager. Enable downloads in program settings, restart Logos4 and allow it to do the download, before installing the update or restarting Logos4 (you should get one of these choices from the task-bar icon after the download finishes) please save the logs (they are in the Logos Log Files folder, in your My Documents folder) and attach them here. Thanks.
