when is Mueller collection coming to iPad?

We were told in some post I can't locate that there is sometimes a lag of about a week. But Campbell Morgan arrived on iPad immediately. When can we hope to have the Mueller collection on iPad? (If it's arrived in the last few days, forgive me - no wifi at home)
