Removing Version 3
OK, so I know I will be waiting on the Sermon file add-in, hopefully not too long as I do use it consistently. I am looking at removing V3 just to remove the temptation of continuing to use it and to save some HDD space. However another BIG feature I am concerned about is Logos Smart Tags - which I use all the time. I know I can work around by using CBV in V4, however my personal preference is using the Smart Tags feature since it is "inline" as I am typing in Microsoft Word. No switching back and forth... Are Smart Tags going to be updated for V4 soon...?
Also in removing V3 via Add/Remove Programs will this effect V4 and the resources in any way???

I'm not sure how much of the registry entries are removed via Add/Remove as I prefer \Libronix DLS\System\PurgeLDLS.bat. Either way does not remove the bulk of HDD files, including Resources. So delete the remains of the installation folder at C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS as well as folders at these locations

It won't affect v4 now that it loads all resources from the cloud!

Until migration of our PBB files is complete, others may wish to hang onto V3 for awhile yet...

I'm with you, Bill. The PBB files are important and I use them a lot. I don't mind re-visiting L3.Bill Stonebraker said:Until migration of our PBB files is complete, others may wish to hang onto V3 for awhile yet...

Hi Joan,
As we've moved thru the beta test program, I've gradually grown to appreciate L4 more & more. I see the potential, but there are so many ways that I'm more productive in L3 that it'll be awhile before I'm ready to turn mine off.
The PBBs just cement that position....
Many blessings to you!
