Offline Search on iPhone/iPad
I am a missionary going into a number of nations (south east Europe, Africa etc ) where there is either no internet of if so its cost is $$$
When are we getting the offline search on Iphone/iPad?
I think the new devices have enough processing power to handle that.....

According to this thread searching offline was made available in release 1.6. I don't have my IPod down here to test out though.

<edit> Yes indeedie. Just checked it with my IPod and it does search your offline resources. It is somewhat slow on my Touch G4 but still performed a search. I only use my touch for reading, not studying. I would recommend the IPad if you are using it as a primary research vehicle.

Seems Logos 1.7 is faster for offline search on iPad.
