Does this book include everything that is in the old hard copy of THE EXPANDED VINE'S EXPOSITORY DICTIONARY OF NEW TESTAMENT WORDS?
From the description ("it includes not only Vine's famous New Testament dictionary ...") and the word "Complete" I would assume that to be the case.
i have the 1996 version in paper book version and its the same version as shown by the info window in Logos4 for this book. The copyrights are the same too. Page numbers even lineup.

In the OT portion
TO CREATE bara˒ (בָּרָא, 1254), “to create, make.” This verb is of profound theological significance, since it has only God as its subject. Only God can “create” in the sense implied by bara˒. The verb expresses creation out of nothing, an idea seen clearly in passages having to do with creation on a cosmic scale: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth” (Gen. 1:1; cf. Gen. 2:3; Isa. 40:26; 42:5). All other verbs for “creating” allow a much broader range of meaning; they have both divine and human subjects, and are used in contexts where bringing something or someone into existence is not the issue.(rest of definition not shown here but matched)
This matches the hard copy edition exactly.
The English Word Index and the Hebrew Word Index are missing in the Logos version.(this may not be much of an issue since in Logos supplies various search & other tools)
In the NT portion
LOVE (Noun and Verb) A. Verbs. 1. agapao (ἀγαπάω, 25) and the corresponding noun agape (B, No. 1 below) present “the characteristic word of Christianity, and since the Spirit of revelation has used it to express ideas previously unknown, inquiry into its use, whether in Greek literature or in the Septuagint, throws but little light upon its distinctive meaning in the NT. Cf, however, Lev. 19:18; Deut. 6:5. (rest of definition not shown here but matched)
Vine, W. E., Unger, M. F., & White, W. (1996). Vol. 2: Vine's Complete Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words (381). Nashville, TN: T. Nelson.
The Greek Word Index and the Topical Index are missing in the Logos version.
