BUG?: Scroll bar visible in Page view

I was going crazy trying to move up one verse. I thought I was in scroll view because the scroll bar was visible. Turns out I was in Page view. The scroll bar was visible but the current location mark on the scroll bar did not change position when I moved through the document.
Is the scroll bar coming to page view or is this a bug? if the scroll bar is intended for page view then the bug is that the current location mark does not update to the new location. I would also recommend, if you are putting the scroll bar into page view, that it move to the bottom of the window to distinguish between the two views. It would also match the left to right flow of moving through the document that way rather then the up and down flow of scroll view.
Something tells me that last paragraph makes no sense. Do I need to re-word it or do you understand what I was saying?

Hi Philip
This does seem like a strange change and it would be good to get clarification as to whether this is intended or not.
I will admit I didn't quite understand your last paragraph! Can you have another go at it?

I speak better in pictures. If scroll bars are going to be present in Page view it should look like the top picture instead of the bottom picture

I think this is a bug and have reported it. Thanks.
Edit: Btw, this bug appears to be present in the Windows version only. The scrollbar isn't present in paged view in the Mac version.
