BUG: Timelines

Noticed this little bug today while looking at the timelines, I noticed that the timeline was greyed out.

I managed to get it looking normal, by clicking on either the + or - buttons, but if then clicking on the scroll bar to move down it goes greyed out again.

Update:  It wasn't documented in the release notes, but this was fixed in 4.3 Beta 5.
