IVP Bible Background Commentaries - Only NT available?

The New Testament Bible Background Commentary is available on the iPad, but the Old Testament equivalent is not.  Is this just an oversight?

I noticed this too and i would love to see the OT version available for Ipad!!  Oh well we cant have everything lol.
