Hi, I've been experiencing a "forgetful" logos 4 in that every time I make a change in my layout (eg: resizing panels, closing and opening Bibles), it never seem to remember it when I restart logos 4 again. Is this a bug in the latest update?
Wonder about using named layouts ?
Getting Started with Logos page has Layouts section.
Personally use several layouts; each layout has fewer resources open, like another Logos user after Camp Logos effective training.

Thanks for the link, I am familiar with saving a layout, just that I would like Logos 4 to open the same layout that I last used whenever I use logos 4. Right now, the "default" layout pulls out more than 5 versions of the Bible that I don't need, when I prefer only my ESV open.
Hi Aaron
Your reference to "more than 5 versions of the Bible" made me think about the default behaviour when running a Passage Guide from the homepage.
Are you saying that you get this automatically when you start Logos or are you actually running a PG on a reference?
Graham
Hi Graham,
Yes, that's the same observation. Whenever I run the PG on a passage, I get the 5 Bibles. I would like it to open up only the Bible version I use the most.

In which case, try customising Logos so that the home page doesn't show at start (http://wiki.logos.com/Home_Page for details)
Then from the Bible version you have open, select the passage, right-click on it and select the Passage Guide.
Does this work for you?
Edit: sorry, the link relates to how to customise the home page on Windows but hopefully it gives the idea.
I would like it to open up only the Bible version I use the most.
