New Mac Logos 4 Install Crashing

System: Running MacBook OS 10.5.8 | 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo | 2 GB RAM

Logos: Running the latest update (as far as I'm aware)

Problem:

1. I have installed from the Media DVD (without a package)
2. The application asks for a serial number each time I open the program (See image)
3. Logos has gone through its updates and indexing.
4. I cannot close Logos without it crashing. Each time it crashes a Logos process remains running and I cannot reopen Logos without killing that process (See image)

I'm sure this has been discussed before. Can anyone direct me to a solution? Thanks.

Wiki has How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac that includes screen shot(s) for uploading into forum discussion.  For crash, posting logs would be helpful.

Serial number is needed to associate Logos resource licenses with your Logos.com account.  To verify resource licenses, could login to http://Biblia.com , if 50 resources available (click open) after logging in with your Logos.com login, then suggest contacting Logos customer service => http://www.logos.com/about/contact about resource licensing.

If can open lots more than 50 resources, wonder about launching "Logos Bible Software 4", then quickly press and hold command key until Sign In appears, then Sign in using your Logos.com account.

The Logos Bible Software 4 Media Only (KF) [DVD] has "Please Note: The disc version and the download version may not always be identical. Media Only discs are for customers who do not have an internet connection, who have download constraints, or who need to replace a lost or broken disc."

Observation: Logos DVD has resource files, but not licenses to use them.
