I followed the process to priortise the dictionaries that I want to show up when I hover over a bible word or right click it but it doesn't change the priority. do I need to do anything to make it happen?

If you could take a screen shot similar to the one above we could see your Prioritization and which dictionaries/lexicons are showing up when you right click on a word.
1. Open your Library window and select Prioritization and scroll so that your prioritized dictionaries & lexicons are showing
2. Right click on a word in a Bible which has a Reverse-Interlinear.
3. Then in the right click menu click on Lemma and on the left scroll down so we can see which dictionaries/lexicons are being used.

This will help us diagnose what is happening in your system.
In the above image, notice that only 1 dictionary appears in the right click menu. Since i selected Lemma in the right click menu, Logos 4 is using lexicons for the other 4 definition to the word that i right clicked on.
