I search the forum and couldn't find the answer to this. What resources/books are required/recommended to be able to use the Passage Guide, Word Study, and the word Look Up tools offline?

You can simulate, to some degree, the function of those tools offline.  For example, to quickly get to a list of commentaries for a study in a certain book of the Bible.  Split the screen with your Bible on one side.  Then tap to get the focus on the other side, then go to the library and type in    co ac   for example.  co  pulls up commentaries,  ac  narrows it down to the book of Acts.  So if you just use the first two or three letters of commentary and then the book your searching with a space between them it will pull up a list.  If you know the series you want then just space and put in an abbreviation of it.  So   com mat pil  will pull up the Pillar commentary on Matthew.  To get a list of Bible dictionaries, type in  bib dic  or even bi di    I just got my Ipad recently so I don't know how to work with lexicons off line yet, but I hope these hints helped.  Obviously you need to have these books down loaded onto your Ipad first to have access to them off line.
