Is it only a certain URL that is giving you problems? Curious since it appears you are able to access the Forums...unless you are doing so from a different computer.
Wonder about browser and version ? The message "Windows is checking for a solution to the problem" implies browser crashed.
Observation: forum post title is in lower case, but post itself is ALL UPPERCASE (no need to shout at fellow friendly Logos users).
