bug - hebrew pop0ups on iPad
I've sussed out the problem with the Hebrew popups, in UBS handbooks at least: They show the Hebrew words but from left to right. The words are correct, but you need to start with the word on the left, then go to the 2nd from left etc. They also confuse the words which are joined by a hyphen, joining up the wrong words. Haven't found out how to do a screenshot. I can now decipher short popups, which I couldn't before.
Incidentally, thanks for getting the normal Hebrew text to display the pointing correctly, apart from a dot over the middle of shin/sin, rather than over the left or right. That doesn't worry me much as I tend to confuse sin and shin anyway if I don't know the word......
Sorry, that sounded like using thanks as an excuse to criticise again. I didn't mean it that way. I really appreciate being able to sit by the stove (no central heating in our village!) and do Bible study with the help of the iPad. Can do it with laptop/tablet, but have to sit further from the heat, and it's not so comfortable to hold.
