Updates on O SX

I recently switched from windows to Mac and have had a reasonably trouble free experience with Logos on this platform. However, when I received updates on windows, the download would resume downloading, upon restarting, at the point I left it. On Mac this is not the case and so I am continually restarting the current updateof 226.7 MB every time I restart/re-connect. This is extremely costly as in Kenya I have to pay by the Mb and downloading is slow at the best of times. I hope this will change soon

I thought Logos has fixed this so that it did, in fact, restart where it left off but obviously this is not the case for you.

Even so L4 can be a petulant child when it comes to interrupts of the downloads, resources and even syncing. It doesn't like to be interrupted.

It might pay you to have a look at preferences and restrict updates to a time when you are likely to be able to allow the computer to complete an update cycle undisturbed. You might find that say allowing updates in the early hours of the morning when there is less local traffic also allows the process to be quicker.
